During the audition, please be prepared for the following:
Instrumentalists
¨ Perform a prepared solo piece of your choice, which will exhibit your musical skill level.
¨ Demonstrate a knowledge of at least four minor scales.
¨ Play the full practical range of the chromatic scale.
¨ Play all major scales for a minimum of one octave.
¨ Sight read a piece that will be provided.
Percussionists
¨ Prepared Snare Solo
¨ Sight Reading
¨ Rudiments
